Classes:
I am pleased to offer the "Inside Out" class series and workshops. All offerings give the participants an introduction to Choice Theory and teach professional coaching skills. Once we realize we can only control ourselves, then we are ready to begin to make the changes within that will positively impact all the significant relationships in our lives. Learn and grow from the Inside Out!
Parenting from the Inside Out: Is your family life characterized by disrespect, constant conflict, withdrawal and lack of connection? Then this 6-week class series will help you immediately turn things around so everyone begins to experience greater harmony and more connection. Learn tools and perspectives to help you enjoy being a parent while supporting your children's development into the responsible, independent adults our world so desperately needs.
Managing from the Inside Out: If you're tired of negativity, complaining and low motivation from your staff, this 6-week class series is for you. Learn what you can do to create a positive work environment,an environment where lack of enthusiasm and pessimism are replaced by constructive teamwork. Whistling while you work is possible! The added bonus? Your job as a manager will be more rewarding and leave you feeling satisfied at the end of the day.
Team Building from the Inside Out: Employees who can't work well together will sabotage any organization/business. Lack of teamwork creates an environment that affects everyone, including customers. While supporting the personal effectiveness of team members, this class will help all participants realize that they have a part in making things function smoothly.
