I am a professional coach who graduated from the Centre for Coach Training and the Academy for Family Coach Training (previoiusly known as the  Parent as Coach Academy -Advanced Coaching Course).  I am also  Reality Thearpy Certified from the William Glasser Institute of Choice Theory.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree from Portland State University, and have 17 years experience in management with a large health care organization.  I served as a supervisor, manager, administrator and project manager and learned first hand what works and what doesn't work in interacting with people. I have witnessed how miserable and unsuccessful people can be when they are unable to connect with others in the workplace.

I served as an instructor and coach/advisor with the Academy for Family Coach Training and supported coaches from the UK, Australia, Asia and the United States in learning the Parent as Coach Approach.

I previously served as a coach/advisor for the Centre for Coach Training and supported student coaches in their studies and training.

I have two adult children and have experienced the teen years and come out the other side with connected, loving, and respectful relationships with both.

I believe relationships are what give our lives meaning. If we are not connected to the people who matter most in our lives, we will be miserable and unsuccessful. My philosophy of coaching is based on the belief that people need RESPECT, UNDERSTANDING and ACCEPTANCE for who and what they are, and SUPPORT to make the choices that put them in control of their own destiny. I am honored to support people in creating positive relationships of support and mutual respect both in their professional and  personal lives.
